Sir,
I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch No 26 of the 1st October last, and to thank you for four copies of theColonizationManuscript image Colonization Circular, 1 issued by Her Majesty's Emigration Commissioners containing information for persons emigrating to the Colonies and I shall hereafter endeavour to furnish you with such particulars respecting British Columbia, as may be useful to persons proposing to emigrate to that Colony.
