I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to issue to Messrs Cox & Co on behalf of Col. Moody the sum of £183.3.1 for forage purchased on account of British Columbia in compliance with the request contained in Mr Elliot's letter of the 11th instant. 1
