Trevelyan forwards a letter from the Stationery Office regarding Parliamentary Papers for the use of public officials in British Columbia.
The minutes send to Douglas for Moody’s informations.
Enclosed is McCulloch, Comptroller, Stationary Office, to Trevelyan reporting that all but four of the seventy-seven papers requested had been forwarded for shipping on the “Euphrates;” and a draft from Lytton to Douglas with a copy of the comptroller’s letter.

With reference to the Letter from this Board dated 23d Ultimo, 1 I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to transmit to you, for the consideration of Secretary Sir Edward Bulwer Lytton copy of a Letter from the Stationery Office dated 3d Instant, relative to the supply of certain Parliamentary Papers for the use of Her Majesty's Officers in BritishManuscript image Columbia.
