                  The minutes agree that if the “
Euphrates” is used the engine can go on board, but the CO feels it must “put a stop to the
                     great additions which 
Colonel Moody is making to the Baggage of his party.” They do note that 
Moody assures them that the engine will be “of great use” in the sawmills.
