I transmit for your information and guidance a copy of a letter from the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury accompanied by a Report from the Commissioners of Audit with a copy of printed Instructions to Governors of Colonies regulating the mode of keeping and renderingtheManuscript image the accounts of Colonial Receipt and Expenditure. 1
You will forward these Documents to the Treasurer of British Columbia, and instruct him to conform to the same in his financial proceedings.
The Extracts and Warrants and other forms referred to in the letter from the Board of Treasury will be transmitted to you as soon as they are prepared.
