I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Your Grace's Despatch No. 21 of the 8th September, transmitting the copy of a letter from the Treasury, on the subject of the payment to Colonel Moody of theManuscript imagethe salary due to him to the 31st March last, and I have, in accordance with your Grace's instructions, communicated that letter to Colonel Moody.
