Sir/
With reference to my letter of the 21st Ultimo; I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to send you herewith, for the information of Her Majesty's Secretary of State for Colonial Affairs, a Copy of a letter dated the 29th Jany last, No 4, from Captain Prevost of the Satellite, together with Copies of its enclosures, reporting the proceedings of the Plumper, & of the Force of Seamen & Marines sent to present disturbances in the District of Frasers River.

Express to the Admy the thanks of Sir E.L. for the valuable services of the Naval party, and observe, as in the Minute on 3057, that we hope the assistance of the Naval Manuscript imageforce will not be required again. (These enclosures contain nothing new.)
