Mr Rowland Hill presents his compliments to Mr
Merivale, and, in reply to his note of the 1st Instant,
begs to acquaint him that the Bag of Official Documents for
the Governor of British Columbia, which accompanied it,
has been delivered, on the 2nd Instant, to Mr Cary,
on board the British Contract Packet "Europa," at Liverpool,
in compliance with Mr Merivale's request.
