I am commanded by the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to acquaint you for the information of the Secretary of State that the Paymaster General has been authorized to pay to Sir John Kirkland on account of the army Medical Dt the sum of £49.19.0, for Medical Instruments supplied to Colonel Moody's party proceeding to British Columbia, as requested in your letter of the 16th Instant.
