With reference to my Despatch No 1 of the 3rd instant I have to inform you that the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury have authorized the Paymaster General to accept and pay a Bill for forty eight pounds and three pence (£48.0.3) drawn by Captain Parsons for services connectedManuscript image with the party of Royal Engineers proceeding to British Columbia under his command.
