Sir,
I communicated to the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty the
intention which you expressed in your despatch No 7 of the 27th
October to establish a series or Meteorological observations in British
Columbia, and in
compliance with my request their Lordships have
instructed the Chief of the Meteorological Department to furnish you
with a supply of forms of tables which will doubtless prove useful to
you in carrying out this desirable object.
