I have to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch No 20 of the 8th June, requesting that directions might be given for a supply of Postage Stamps and other articles specified for the use of the Post Office in Vancouvers Island and British Columbia, and I transmit to you the copy ofaManuscript image a letter from the Treasury, stating that instructions have been given to the Agent General to procure these articles and forward them without delay.
