I have the honor to inform your Grace, that I have just received from the Collector Manuscript image Collector of Customs New Westminster a return of the Imports into British Columbia for the quarter ending the 30th June 1860, by which it appears that the total value of all articles has been 422,598 70/100 dollars—for the corresponding quarter of last year (1859) it was 247,755 60/100 dollars shewing an increase in the present year of Manuscript image of 174,843 4/100 dollars.
2. I have also the honor of enclosing for your Grace's information a comparative Statement of Customs Revenue collected at New Westminster, for the quarters ending respectively on the 31st day of March, and 30th day of June 1860, which your Grace will observe exhibit a satisfactory proof of Manuscript image of the increase of Trade in British Columbia.
