I regret to find that through an oversight in making up my Despatch No 77 of the 23rd Instant, the Enclosure forming the covering letter to the correspondence forwarded was omitted, I therefore hasten to enclose the Document in Manuscript image in question and beg that it may be placed with that Despatch.
