I am directed by Mr Secretary Herbert to transmit herewith 100 Copies of a Sketch Map of British Columbia by Lieutenant Palmer R.E., in addition to 100 already forwarded, which have been lithographed in the Topographical Branch of this Office in compliance with the request of the Secretary of State for the Colonies of 29th October 1859. The original Plan is also returned.
