Abstract
Despatch to London. Minutes (2).
Douglas writes to Newcastle to acknowledge receipt of an earlier despatch that enclosed a copied letter from the Admiralty, which detailed shipping accounts and BC-bound stores aboard Thames City. Douglas adds that he has, as instructed, passed on said letter to Moody.

I have the honor to acknowledge receipt of Despatch No 50 of the 3rd October last, transmitting copy of a letter from the Admiralty respecting the accounts for the shipment and delivery of Stores sent to British ColumbiainManuscript image in the "Thames City," and I have, in compliance with the instructions contained in the said Despatch, communicated a copy of that letter to Colonel Moody.
