Newcastle writes to Douglas to report that the “Paymaster General” has been authorized to pay Gosset's “Bill (No.34)” of £250.

I have the honor to acquaint you that the Paymaster General has been authorized to pay a Bill (No. 34) drawn by Mr Gosset Treasurer of British Columbia for the sum of £250.
