Despatch from London.
Newcastle writes to Douglas to inquire as to why a promised report from the Attorney General, “on certain Proclamations,” has not been sent.

In your despatch No. 27 of the 23rd of April you informed me that the Attorney General's report on certain Proclamations then forwarded to me would be transmitted by a future opportunity. The report has not yet reached me, and I have the honortoManuscript image to request that you will acquaint me with the reason why it has not been sent.
