Agreeably to the instructions conveyed to me in your Grace's despatch No 22 of the 5th May 1860, I have the honor to forward herewith an Abstract of Receipts and Disbursements on account of the Detachment of Royal Engineers servinginManuscript image in the Colony of British Columbia, between the 1st October and 31st December 1861, accompanied by proper vouchers.
