Wylde in favor of Green & Benjamins of Surinam, having proved inoperative in Consequence of the Signature of the Governor of British Columbia, appended thereto, not having been legalised by a Dutch Functionary, we take the liberty of applying to you to obtain the favor of a Certificate from your Department to the genuineness of the Signature of Governor Douglas.
