I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your despatches Nos. 60 and 61 of the 15th and 21st of October last, enclosing transcripts of two Proclamations entitled respectively No. 37 "The British Columbia Land Registry Act 1861," and No. 38 "The Preemption Consolidation Act 1861."
