Shipping Act Amendment Act
1862, 25 and 26 Vict: Cap: 63 repeals
inter alia those sections (170, 171 and 172) of the Customs
Consolidation
Act Act
1853—16 and 17
Victoria: Cap: 107 which prohibited
at certain times and under certain conditions the carrying of Timber
on the decks of British Vessels bound to the United Kingdom from the
North American Colonies.
