With reference to your Grace's despatch No 4 of the 16th January last acquainting me that you had granted to Captain Gosset The Treasurer of British Columbia4Manuscript image 4 months additional leave of absence, I have the honor to acquaint your Grace that such leave expired on the 30th of June, and that up to the present date Captain Gosset has not returned to the Colony.
