I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of your Grace's despatch No 29 of the 4th July last acquainting me that it had been decided to invest the sums set aparttoManuscript image to form a sinking fund for paying off the British Columbia 1862 Loan, either in the Consolidated Three pounds (£3) per cent annuities, or in the New Three Pounds (£3) per cent annuities.
