As it appears from a letter which I have recently received from Mrs. Cox, the Wife of Mr. W.G. Cox, Stipendiary Magistrate in British Columbia, that no arrangement has been made by him for her support, I have to request that you will report to me the stepsManuscript image you may have taken for effecting this object in pursuance of the instructions conveyed to you by my despatch No. 151 of the 28th of November last.
