With reference to your despatch No. 21 of the 21st of April last I have the honor to acquaint you that I have caused Mr. Walkem to be informed in answer to his letter of the 12th of January that the propriety of admitting Canadian Barristers to practise in BritishColumbiaManuscript image Columbia Columbia has been pointed out to Mr. Justice Begbie, and that probably rules have been made before this date authorizing such admission.
