I have received by the last Mail from British Columbia, the
enclosed Requisition for Stationery &c from the Colonial
Secretary of that Colony, copy of whose letter is herewith
annexed, and have the honor to request that you will be so
good as to move Mr Secretary Cardwell to authorize the Crown
agents to provide the articles in question at the followingcost
