I am directed by Earl Russell to transmit to you a copy of a letter from the Italian Minister at this Court inclosing a document forwarded from British Columbia, and I am to request that you will be good enough to certify the signature of the Colonial Secretary attached thereto, and return the paper to me in order that it may bedulyManuscript image duly legalized by this office and returned to the Marquis d'Azeglio.
