In reply to your letter of the 20th Ultimo, transmitting by direction of Mr Secretary Cardwell for the consideration of this Board, a Copy of an Ordinance No 10 passed by the Legislature of British Columbia entitled "An Ordinance to facilitate the formation of Mining Joint Stock Companies" I am directed by the LordsofManuscript image of the Committee of Privy Council for Trade to state that My Lords are of opinion that the Ordinance in question may be allowed to take effect.
