Sir,
I have the honor to acquaint you that I am informed by the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury that, under the circumstances represented in the despatch from Governor Douglas No. 4 of the 30th of January last, the sum of sixty pounds stolen from Collector Seymour in 1861 will be creditedManuscript image to the Colony in the accounts next audited.
