Sir,
I have the honor to inform you that Mr. Charles Franks has been
appointed Colonial Treasurer of British Columbia vacant by the
retirement of Colonel Gosset R.E.
Mr. Franks has executed the necessary bond and found the security
required for the due performance by himof
