I have the honor to transmit herewith, Returns relating
to the Colonial Revenues, Receipts and Disbursements during
the Quarter ended 30th of September 1864.
Minutes by CO staff
I think, as the forms are printed, & involve little
filling up, we might ask the Governor to send us two copies
of these returns.
I think that, unless we find by experience that we should
make any use of Quarterly Returns, the existing practice may continue.
I shd merely send these to the Treasury.
The returns are of frequent use, & it will be inconvenient
to send the original away.
