I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Your Circular despatch of the 26th of April, desiring the concurrence of this Colony in an arrangement which has recently been made reducingtheManuscript image the dimensions of parcels sent by Post between the United Kingdom and the Colonies.
2. I forward a letter from the Postmaster General on the subject. You will observe that your wishes in this matter have been anticipated.
