Copies of this Desp: & enclosures with the Auditor's Report to which Mr Birch refers (enclosure in 10730) should be sent to the Treasury? With regard to the remark that the Treasury letter did not accompany the Duplicate, it has not hitherto been the practice to sendManuscript image duplicate enclosures, but it will no doubt be safer to do so in future.

Mr Jadis
Proceed as proposed—both as to the letter to be now written, and as to duplicates.
