Sir,
I have the honor to forward a requisition from the Harbour
Master for a supply of Colza Oil, required for the Light Ship
about to be placed at the Entrance ofthe the Fraser River; and to
request that you will be good enough to instruct the Agents
General to procure the Article in question and to ship it to
this Colony in the manner suggested by the Harbour Master.
