With reference to the Duke of Newcastle's despatch No. 26 of 12th June 1863, I have the honor to transmit copy of a letter from Joseph Cue, a Pensioner from the Irish Constabulary requesting thattheManuscript image the payment of his pension may be transferred to Ireland. I also enclose for the information of the Paymaster General a certificate from the Treasurer showing the date of the last payment made to Joseph Cue from the Colonial Treasury.
