Having received a communication from the Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury, stating that the Governor of British Columbia had applied to the Colonial Office for Copies of the Charter & Supplemental Charter of this Bank, and requesting that such Copies might be furnished you for transmission to the Governor, I now beg to enclose those documents.
