The Crown Agents having informed me that another Bill for the sum of £1,000 has been drawn upon them by you, I have to acquaint you that under the circumstances of the case, I have instructed them to accept the Bill.
I must however refer you to my Despatch of this day's date cautioning you to keepManuscript image the Crown Agents in sufficient funds to meet all bills which you may have occasion to draw on them.
