I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your Despatch No. 25 of the 15th of March enclosing a copy of the Standing Orders of the Legislative Council of British Columbia.
These Rules appear to have been devised with pains, and do credit to the considerationwhichManuscript image which recent have been bestowed on the subject, and I hope that they may work to the satisfaction of the Council and of the Public.
