I derived much satisfaction from the perusal of your account of the celebration in British Columbia of the Anniversary of the Queen's Birthday; and I am especially pleased to learn that you found thattheManuscript image the Indians collected together on the occasion had made so much progress in civilized habits since the time when you last met them.
