Sir,
I have had the honor to receive Your Circular Despatch of the 23rd November last desiring me to report whether in the opinion of the Colonial Government it is advisable to continue the practice ofInsuringManuscript image Insuring Stores which may be shipped by the Crown Agents for the use of the Government.
2. I brought the subject of your despatch before my Executive Council and I have to report that they are unanimously of opinion that it is advisable for the present to continue the practice hitherto in force of Insuring all Stores shipped by the Crown Agents for the Service ofthisManuscript image this Colony.
