With reference to my despatch No. 69 of the 26th Instant, forwarding reports from Mr Elwyn on the progress made by the Western Union Telegraph during the Season, I have now the honor toforwardManuscript image forward for Your Lordship's information a sketch map presented to me by the Superintendent of the Company, showing the route taken by the Telegraph Line northward from Quesnelmouth.
