The Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury have had before Them your letter of the 24th April and its enclosures, copy of a despatch from the Officer Administering the Government of British Columbia, and the Ordinance No 6 of 1866 which was transmitted therewith, for regulating the investment of Sinking Funds of Public Loans.
Their Lordships desire me to state, for the information of Mr Secretary Cardwell, that they see no objection to the confirmation of this Act.
