I have received your despatch No. 127 of the 19th December last, on the subject of the charges on Mr. Begbie's Commission as Judge of the Vice Admiralty Court at British Columbia, and the disposal of the Fees payable to that officer, and havingreferredManuscript image referred your despatch for the consideration of the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury I transmit to you for your information a copy of the Letter which has been received in reply. You will communicate their Lordships' decision to Mr. Begbie.
