With reference to your letters of the 16th August and the 14th September, I have the honor to acquaint you that the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury have approved of your drawing the sum of Four hundred pounds as a contribution towards the expense of yourreturnManuscript image return to New Westminster as Governor of the United Colonies of British Columbia and Vancouver Island.
