I have had the honor to receive Your Grace's despatch No. 30 of the 5th June, pointing out that a report from Mr Young, Acting ColonialSecretaryManuscript image Secretary, on Mr Watson's application for remuneration for services rendered to the detachment of Marines at San Juan had not accompanied my despatch which purported to cover it.
2. I greatly regret the accidental omission by my Secretary of the document in question which I now beg to forward.
