My Lord Duke,
I have the honor to forward an authenticated and two plain copies of an Ordinance of the late Session of the Legislature of this Colony entitled;No 36.Manuscript image No 36. An Ordinance to assimilate the laws for the regulation of harbors in all parts of the Colony of British Columbia.
I append the report of the Attorney General and copies of the laws of the two sections of the Colony which the enclosed Ordinance has superseded. I beg to recommend it for favorable consideration.
