I have had the honor to receive Your Grace's despatch No. 62 of the 14th September, stating that the publications presented by the Commissioners of Patents to British ColumbiaandManuscript image and Vancouver Island had been forwarded per "Mercara."
2. I have to report the safe arrival of that ship and that the packages in question have been very gratefully received.
