Sir,
With reference to my despatch No. 6 of the 16th March, I have the
honour to acquaint you that directions have been given by the War
Department for the repayment of the sum of £98.17.1 to the account of
the Crown Agents for the Colonies at the Bank of England being the
amount of
advances made by the Government of British Columbia in 1865
for out pensioners of Chelsea Hospital.
