I have to call your attention to the Earl of Carnarvon's Despatch No. 12 of the 7th of February, transmitting an account of Stores supplied by the War Department for the use of the Artillery Volunteers in British Columbia amounting to £141.1.3, to which noanswerManuscript image answer has yet been received, and I have to request that if payment for these stores has not yet been made you will at once take steps for remitting the necessary funds for the liquidation of this claim.
